Therapy

We come to therapy for unique reasons. At times we may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain how to move forward.

In those moments, having a safe, supportive space to be heard can be transformative.

Many of our struggles are formed in relationship, and it is often through relationship that healing begins. As a counselling therapist, I am interested in your story and what has shaped you. Together, we will explore how you understand yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Our work invites greater awareness, integration, and new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

I work creatively and relationally, attending to the whole person, mind, body, and soul, supporting you to move toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and choice.
